Favourite Shoes!!

My sister's new favourite pair of shoes ;)

Ahh nothing better to brighten a long day without electricity, than a handful of jelly beans :D

I really liked how the bokeh turned out in this photo :)

...and yes I admit to skipping my photo for yesterday (shock horror) ..so there'll be two today :P

Eyes are such uniquely beautiful creations, and my best friend's eye here is clearly no exception ;) Eye photography is definitely something I'll be doing more of :D
Thanks Sarah for the millions of shots to get this right :P

My friend Kerryn recently got this little Yorkie. Wow, but he certainly has high energy levels, and oh, such a cutie ^_^

Rocky Road - only the best ever direct from its place of origin, Australia :D

Some inspiration for the day :)

Dusk on the Road

Flowers whisper beauty to the world, even as they fade :)

My sister is just crazy about Lego :O She'll randomly bring home fairies and mermaids, and some
of the little guys even live in her car :D

I knew that old light bulb could still serve a pretty purpose ;)

Stationery has got to be my one weakness ;) I can't resist the funky designs and variety of colours they come in. I even have a couple of pens that have pretty much dried up, but I can't get rid of them because they're just too cute :P

When life gives you apples, make apple pie :P

So the 'flower pose' was a success
with my best friend, Cait, helping me out. She's such a natural model :D

Love the soft lighting as it comes through the leaves :)

Went bowling for a friend's birthday party, and the the colourful lights were incredible. A real thumbs up :D

Roses have got to be just the most beautiful flowers ..just saying :P

Spent some time out in the cold taking bubble pics with my trusty assistant, Rach ;) I must say they're quite tricky to photograph o.O

Ahh the purrrfect cat pose (yup cheese of the day :D )

Love the gorgeous, rich colour of this rose :)

Just peg it :P

                                Jumbo choc-chip cookies ..yum :D

Love the detail of the veins on this gooseberry plant. God clearly notices the small things :)

"Still Beauty"

Had  fun taking photos with my friend Milena. After a couple of eye-meets-rose pics, we finally got the angle right :)

The bonus to having Portuguese friends is their amazing ability to cook ...especially when it comes to pastries. :P

I was so excited at how this one turned out! It had been quite a long day, but somehow I suddenly had a new measure of inspiration. Just putting a little bit of thought and extra energy into today's photo, I felt the result was very rewarding, and it really brightened up my day. :)

Ahh the Rubik's Cube ...so rewarding when
after hundreds of twists and turns it finally comes together :D

Pretty in Pink ;)

Such brilliant colours! :D
