Waking up this morning to the sound of the season's first rains was wonderful. It is a sound that marks the change of seasons and chapters in our lives. Watching the rain soak into the thirsty grass reminded me of how for a time we may experience the 'dryness of winter' in our lives, but God will drench us with His goodness according to His timing :)
